Victorville is a city in San Bernardino County in southern California, located on the southwestern edge of the Mojave Desert, 81 miles northeast of Los Angeles.

The first settlement here was a tiny railway station built in 1858.

Today, it is known for its "Airplane Graveyard," prehistoric rocks with faces carved into them, western Roy Rogers Museum, and surrounding desert.
