Tenafly is a town in northeastern New Jersey, considered a suburb of New York.

It was settled by Dutch in the late 17th Century. It's name is taken from the Dutch phrase "tiene vly," which means "ten swamps."

Tenafly is now known for its proximity to New York, train station, and lovely suburban houses.
