St. Paul is the capitol and second-largest city in the American state of Minnesota. As it is located so close to Minneapolis, the two cities are frequently referred to as the "Twin Cities," and together make up the 16th largest metropolitian area in the United States.
It was established as a chapel in 1841, which was named in honor of Paul the Apostle.
