Nis panorama
Nis is the third largest city in Serbia. It is one of the oldest European cities, and since ancient times, it has been regarded as a sort of gateway between the eastern and western worlds.

The area has been settled since at least 5,000 B.C., later becoming a Thracian, and then Roman, city.

Today, Nis is known for its unassuming beauty mixed with a thriving, industrial atmosphere.
