Morrisville is a small town in southeastern Pennsylvania, directly across the Delaware River from Trenton.

It began as a Dutch West India Company trading post in 1624, and population began to grown in the 18th Century. The town was not officially founded, however, until 1801. It was named after Robert Morris.

William Penn: This was the first land that I purchased from the Lenni Lenape Indians, around 1682. The exact spot where the transaction took place is still marked today, now known as Graystones.
