Kedleston is a tiny village in the county of Derbyshire in central-northern England. It was first mentioned in history as only being a single mill, owned by a wealthy Norman soldier, in 1086. Today, it is almost exclusively notable as being the location of Kedleston Hall, a grand Palladian castle now owned by the National Trust.
