Beautiful blue Hamilton Harbor
Hamilton is the capital of Bermuda, but with a population of only 1,100 inhabitants, it is one of the smallest capital cities in the world. 

It was officially founded as by the British Parliament in 1793.

Today, Hamilton is known for its maritime industry, harbor and port, tourism and cruises, beaches, tropical beauty, and parks.

Jeremiah Day: After suffering from ill health for years, I learned that I had tuberculosis, at the age of 28. After suffering from a hemorrhage brought on by a vigorously given sermon in 1801, my doctors recommended that I seek a warmer climate to recover. And so, I traveled here, where I stayed for a year, before returning to my family in Connecticut in 1802.
