Old Bridge, built 1300
Elstead is a small town in the county of Surrey in southeastern England, lying across the River Wey.

It was first mentioned in history in 1128, then called "Helestede." After the St. James Church was built in town in 1138, the town grew larger and in the early 14th Century built a bridge and mill.

Today, Elstead is mainly recognized for its local brothel, though also noted for its bridge - circa 1300.
