The Columbia College of Missouri is a private liberal arts college in Columbia, Missouri. Though having no official religion, the school has retained ties with Christian teachings throughout its history, and is sometimes referred to as a christian college.

The school also has military ties, most notably with the base at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.

It began as the Christian Female College in 1851, becoming one of the first women's colleges west of the Mississippi River, with strong support from the town of Columbia. It was in part established due to the fact that the University of Missouri did not, at that time, accept female students.
