Ashland is a town in northeastern Kentucky, located on the Ohio River and very close to the border of West Virginia. The town was first settled in 1786 by a single family.

Today, Ashland is known for its medical institution King's Daughters, and its beautiful city park.

Trace Cyrus: I was born here in 1989, to Tish Cyrus and my biological father, though I was later adopted by Billy Ray Cyrus. I grew up here, and on holidays would accompany my father (Billy Ray) on tours, instilling in me an early passion for music and performing.
